Twice owned!!

Tom carried his new boat to the edge of the river. He carefully placed it in the water and slowly let out the string. How smoothly the boat sailed! Tom sat in the warm sunshine, admiring the little boat that he had built. Suddenly a strong current caught the boat. Tom tried to pull it back to shore, but the string broke. The little boat raced downstream.

Tom ran along the sandy shore as fast as he could. But his little boat soon slipped out of sight. All afternoon he searched for the boat. Finally, when it was too dark to look any longer, Tom sadly went home.

A few days later, on the way home from school, Tom spotted a boat just like his in a store window. When he got closer, he could see -- sure enough -- it was his!

Tom hurried to the store manager: "Sir, that's my boat in your window! I made it!"

"Sorry, son, but someone else brought it in this morning. If you want it, you'll have to buy it for one dollar."

Tom ran home and counted all his money. Exactly one dollar! When he reached the store, he rushed to the counter. "Here's the money for my boat." As he left the store, Tom hugged his boat and said, "Now you're twice mine. First, I made you and now I bought you."

This is exactly our state. In the beginning God created us so we are his. Then after mankind fell into sin Jesus came and paid the price for our redemption on the cross and bought us back. We are now twice owned by Jesus!! MADE and BOUGHT!!

Amen!! Halellujah!!

நூறு மடங்கு ஆசிர்வாதம்

 ஈசாக்கு அந்தத் தேசத்தில் விதை விதைத்தான்; கர்த்தர் அவனை ஆசீர்வதித்ததினால் அந்த வருஷத்தில் நூறுமடங்கு பலன் அடைந்தான்;

ஆதியாகமம் 26: 12

ஒரு முறை எனது கணவர் ஒரு விவசாயின் இடம் பேசிக்கொண்டிருந்தார். என் கணவருக்கு விவசாயத்தில் ஈடுப்பாடு உண்டு அதனால் அவர் என்ன விதைத்திருக்கிறார் என்றும் அதற்கு சம்பந்தமாக மற்ற காரியங்களையும் குறித்து கேட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்தார். அநேக கேள்விகளை என் கணவர் கேட்டார். எல்லாவர்ற்றிக்கும் அந்த விவசாயி பதில் அளித்தார்.

கேள்வி பதில் முடிந்தப்பின் என் கணவர் அறிந்துக்கொண்டது இது தான். சாதாரண சூழ்நிலையில் பயிரிடப்படும் தானியம் முப்பது மடங்கு விளைச்சல் தரும், கொஞ்சம் நாம் அக்கறை செலுத்தி பார்த்துக்கொண்டால் அறுபது மடங்கு விளைச்சலை காணலாம், முழுவதுமாக அக்கறையோடு நல்ல நிலத்தில் விதைத்த தானியம் வானிலையும் எதுவாக இருந்தால் நூறு மடங்கு பலனை அளிக்குமாம்.  

 என்ன ஆச்சரியம்!! இயேசு விதைகிறவன் உவமையில் சொன்னதும் இது தானே!!

சில விதையோ நல்ல நிலத்தில் விழுந்து, சிலது நூறாகவும், சிலது அறுபதாகவும், சிலது முப்பதாகவும் பலன் தந்தது.

மத்தேயு 13: 8

விதைக்கிற ஒவ்வொருவனும் பலனை எதிர்பாகிறான். நான் பலனை எதிர்ப்பார்க்கவில்லை என்று ஒருவன் சொல்லுவானானால் அவன் பொய்யனாக இருப்பான். பயிர் பத்து மடங்கு பலனை அளித்தாலே சிலர் திருப்தி அடைவார்கள், சிலர் இருபது மடங்கு கிடைத்தால் கூட போதும் என்பார்கள். கர்த்தர் நாம் ஒவ்வருவரும் நூறு மடங்கு ஆசிர்வாதத்தை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறார். ஈசாக்கு நூறு மடங்கு அறுவடையை பெற்றுக்கொண்டான். கர்த்தர் அவனை ஆசிர்வதித்ததினால் அவன் அதை பெற்றுக்கொண்டான் என்று வேதம் கூறுகிறது. ஆபிரகாமிற்கு தேவன் கொடுத்த ஆசிர்வாதத்தை அவன் மரித்த பின்பு ஈசாக்கிடம் தேவன் மறுபடியுமாக நிலை நிறுத்துகிறார் என்று பார்க்கிறோம். அவன் முழுமையாக கர்த்தரை நம்பினான்.

கர்த்தரை நம்புகிற மனிதன் ஆசிர்வதிக்க படாமல் இருக்கவே முடியாது. கர்த்தருடைய ஆசிர்வாதமே ஐஸ்வர்யத்தை தரும் அதனோடேக் கூட வேதனையை கூடார் என்று வேதம சொல்லுகிறது. கர்த்தருடைய ஆசிர்வாதம் எப்பொழுதும் நிரம்பி வழிகிற ஒன்றாக தான் இருக்கும். மற்றவர்கள் கண்டுப்  பொறாமைக் கொள்ளத்தக்கதாக இருக்கும். கர்த்தருடைய ஆசிர்வாதத்தை ஒளித்து வைக்க முடியாது. ஈசாக்கை ஆசிர்வதித்த அதே தேவன் உன்னையும் ஆசிர்வதிக்க உண்மையுள்ளவராக இருக்கிறார்.

கர்த்தருடைய ஆசிர்வாதம் முழுவதுமாக நாம் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். வெறும் பொருளாதார ஆசிர்வாதம் அல்ல, சரீர ஆசிர்வாதம், நிம்மதி, பிசாசின் மேல் அதிகாரம், சாபத்தின் மேல் அதிகாரம், ஒரு ஜெய ஜீவியம் தான் கர்த்தர் கொடுக்கும் நூறு மடங்கு ஆசிர்வாதம். பொருளாதார ஆசிர்வாதத்தோடு நோயோடு ஜீவிப்பதை தேவன் விரும்பவில்லை. எல்லா விஷயத்திலும் நாம் வெற்றியை காண வேண்டும் என்பதே தேவ சித்தம். ராஜாக்கள் போல நாம் இருக்க வேண்டும் இந்த உலகில், அடிமையை போல அல்ல. சாத்தானின் மேல் அதிகாரம் கொண்டவர்களாய் வாழ வேண்டும்.

கர்த்தருடைய ஆசிர்வாதத்தை பெற நீங்கள் ஆயத்தமா? நாம் செய்ய வேண்டியதெல்லாம் ஒன்று தான். கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தைக்கு கீழ்ப்படிந்து, நம் இருதயமான நல்ல நிலத்தில் அதை வித்தைத்து, அவருடைய பிரசன்னத்தில் தரித்து இருந்து, சூல்நிலைக்களை சரி செய்ததால் நம் வாழ்வில் நூறு மடங்கு ஆசிர்வாதத்தை நாம் காண்போம்.

Purpose of the cross!!

In the 14th century, Robert Bruce of Scotland was leading his men in a battle to gain independence from England. Near the end of the conflict, the English wanted to capture Bruce to keep him from the Scottish crown. So they put his own bloodhounds on his trail. When the bloodhounds got close, Bruce could hear their baying. His attendant said, "We are done for. They are on your trail, and they will reveal your hiding place." Bruce replied, "It's all right." 

Then he headed for a stream that flowed through the forest. He plunged in and waded upstream a short distance. When he came out on the other bank, he was in the depths of the forest. Within minutes, the hounds, tracing their master's steps, came to the bank. They went no farther. The English soldiers urged them on, but the trail was broken. The stream had carried the scent away. A short time later, the crown of Scotland rested on the head of Robert Bruce. 

The memory of our sins, prodded on by Satan, can be like those baying dogs--but a stream flows, red with the blood of God's own Son. By grace through faith we are safe. No sin-hound can touch us. The trail is broken by the precious blood of Christ. "The purpose of the cross," someone observed, "is to repair the irreparable." 

Amen!! Hallelujah!!
