Never grow weary!!

 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;  but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

                                         Isaiah 40:30-31

The youth are the most energetic in a society. They are young and their energy levels are high. They have an anticipation about what the future holds for them and so are curious to find that out. Hence they never grow weary or tired in their run; physically or mentally. They get their energy renewed just planning and anticipating each day's schedules. They are so curious to find what the day holds for them. But even such people, such enthusiastic youth grow weary and tired when things don't turn out the way they expect or plan. 

But the word of God says, those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will never be weary or tired because their trust is in the Lord who brings victory in their endeavors. It’s a little hard to maintain our faith and trust in God when everything is going against us and we are in the middle of one of the greatest battles of our life. It is in those times that we need the Lord more than ever. It is in those times that our faith and trust in God is really put to the test.It's natural to feel weary and tired at this point but for those who trust in the Lord it is different. This is the time they renew their strength. They will run and not be weary, they will walk when they can't even stand but with the strength of the Lord they will not faint.

God never gives up on us. He never grows weary of listening to our prayers or weary of helping us. So let's not get weary or tired of asking the Lord. The hope we have on the Lord will sustain us. That is the difference we have from the others. When the going is tough we, who trust in the Lord, can turn to him and rest ourselves like the eagle that waits for its new feathers to grow back.  Once the feathers have grown back the eagle is no longer an old eagle but a young one with renewed strength and energy. The height it soars now is amazing. We will be thus like that eagle soaring new heights never growing tired or weary. 

You may be facing a tiring situation. All your energy would have drained out. You may be feeling your life's low, I tell you friends put your hope in the Lord. Your strength will be renewed and you will be seen soon to soar new heights!!

Amen! Hallelujah!!
